If empathetic with the characters, yes.

It does, just as much as any game or sport.

If mocked when lost, yes.

It's more commonly known as ROAD RAGE which is no different from a teenager riding a bike, so yes, it does.
Does a video game make one want to kill?
It depends on the individual, the environment, and the situation (mainly in hunting and police gaming).
Does playing a video game make one a murderer?
No it doesn't?
Does a video game teach one to use a weapon?
If it isn't meant for that purpose, no it doesn't.
